IF YOUR a talented prick and you know it clap your hands... damn i hate you! i have been trying to watercolor for a day or two hehehehe and cant do anything as remarkable and obviously (ocd) patient as these... (me Adhd)

ok may i ask in your washes (the ones with textures, and seem to be wet on wet) are you prepping with a mask or just free-ballin ?

Curious how often do you complete a painting and do you use a regular palette of colors???

if you have a standard palette and recommend i do the same then how much would it cost to know your palette and order if any?

I paint very free-style and mess more paintings up with rushing than make ones that work... i get to a point where i love it, but know its not done; & i hate that one loose impatient brush stroke and the board and all the prep/time go through the perverbial window... I am a pretty descent commercial illustrator but watercolor is my nemesis...ARGGGGGGHHHH

thanks for letting me vent

Extrodanarily beautiful...and I think I just made a spelling mistake there. The clouds and the water reflection and the snow and trees...many of your works have left me gaping in awe...seriously!

Yes, the lower right water features fail to communicate water and begin to take on a three-dimensional form. Not sure why, is the roundness of form created by the adding of the earthy red? I almost see a log laying there in the second from the bottom right water shape. BUT, the rest is typical GreeGW, absolutely beautiful.

This is wonderful, how long have you been water coloring? I just started yesterday... this is what I've done so far. I don't think they're to bad for a beginner, what do you think?

Ah, its so refreshing to see such well executed traditional artwork here on the DA.

Effectively simple and good use of a limited colour pallet, however i think some of the marks creating the water seem a little rushed and the full depth of the pool is not fully captured as expressively as the rest of the work.

Your trees are beautiful and the composition draws your eye into this winter wonderland! Great job!
